1. Zero Image & Screenshot Storage Architecture

RIVZI operates on an ephemeral, in-memory processing model:

  • We do not create a database of uploaded images or outfits.
  • We do not store screenshots of conversations or dating profiles.
  • We do not retain draft messages or personal text submissions.

When you submit an image or text for analysis, it is compressed client-side, sent directly to our secure backend, streamed to the Groq AI API to generate your structured score and verdict, and discarded immediately from RAM.

2. Information We Process

To offer a frictionless experience without requiring an account upfront, we process minimal technical identifiers:

  • Anonymous Session Identifier: A random cryptographic string stored in a secure, HTTP-only cookie (rivzi_uid) to keep track of your 3 free analyses and prevent rate-limit abuse.
  • Subscription & Entitlement State: If you purchase RIVZI Pro, we sync your anonymous ID or customer ID with RevenueCat to unlock unlimited access.
  • Aggregated Usage Telemetry: Non-personal event counts (e.g. tool opened, analysis completed) without associating them with private submission text or image contents.

3. Third-Party Service Providers

We work with trusted infrastructure partners:

  • Groq AI: Processes the ephemeral visual and text prompts solely to generate real-time verdicts. Groq does not use API customer data to train models.
  • RevenueCat & Stripe: Manages web billing, credit card tokenization, and subscription entitlements. Card numbers are entered directly into Stripe/RevenueCat encrypted frames and never touch our servers.
  • Supabase (Backend Infrastructure): When enabled, securely stores only anonymous usage tallies and entitlement tokens. No user-generated content or image files are stored.

4. Cookies & Local State

We only use essential functional cookies strictly necessary to:

  • Prevent abusive automated bot requests.
  • Maintain your free credit countdown across tool navigation.
  • Remember Pro access entitlements.

We do not use invasive third-party cross-site advertising cookies.

5. Data Rights & Deletion

Because we do not store your images, chats, or personal names, there is no permanent private content retained on our servers. If you wish to reset your anonymous usage history or clear session data, you can do so instantly by clearing your browser cookies.
