1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the RIVZI platform (rivzi.fun), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.

2. Nature of the Service & AI Disclaimers

RIVZI generates automated critiques, style assessments, message revisions, and perceptual impressions using artificial intelligence models.

• Advisory & Outside Perspective: Scores and verdicts are provided for personal feedback, social calibration, and creative guidance.
• Not Medical or Scientific Fact: Impression percentages, vibe metrics, and personality observations are heuristic estimates based on visual and textual presentation. They do not constitute psychological, psychiatric, medical, legal, or professional advice.

3. Acceptable Use & Strict Safety Mandate

You agree to use RIVZI responsibly. You may NOT upload, submit, or analyze:

• Any sexually explicit, exploitative, or abusive content involving minors (Zero Tolerance).
• Hate speech, discriminatory slurs, or harassment targeting protected characteristics.
• Credible threats of physical violence, self-harm, or illegal acts.
• Non-consensual intimate imagery or private copyrighted material you do not have permission to submit.

Automated safeguards will immediately terminate and reject prompts that violate our safety policies.

4. Subscriptions, Payments & Cancellations

RIVZI offers free initial analyses followed by optional paid upgrades via RevenueCat and Stripe:

• Subscriptions: Pro Monthly and Pro 3 Months renew automatically until cancelled by the user. You can cancel at any time via the billing management link.
• Single Purchases: Deep Roast is a one-time charge for a single in-depth analysis.
• Refunds: Handled in accordance with Stripe and RevenueCat standard web billing rules.

5. Limitation of Liability

RIVZI is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. Under no circumstances shall RIVZI or its creators be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service.
